holds International Scientific-and-Practical Conference «Transmissible diseases of animals: actual aspects of biosafety and control» on May, 21-25, 2012 (Alushta, AR Crimea)

The basic guidelines of the Conference:

1. Evaluation of biological risks and risk management at animal transmissible diseases.


2. Biosafety and biosecurity aspects.


3. Epizootology, epidemiology, monitoring, diagnostics and prevention of transmissible diseases (bluetongue, African swine fever, West Nile fever, viral hemorrhagic fevers etc.)


4. Ecology and biology of vector- carriers of transmissible infection agents.


5. Improvement of national strategies of reduction of biological threat and risks of transmissible diseases spread taking into account international experience.


Materials of scientific papers (directions for the technical preparation are enclosed) will be published in the Interdepartmental subject scientific digest «Veterinary Medicine». Cost of publication is 25 UAH per page.
