COOPERATION WITH UNIVERSITIES

According to bilateral agreements on scientific and technical information and cooperation is cooperation with the Kharkov State Veterinary Academy, Lugansk National Agrarian University, Donetsk National University, Odessa State Agrarian University, Kharkov National Technical University of Agriculture the P. Vasilenko, Southern Branch of the National Agrarian University, Belgorod State University.

Based on NSC "IECVM" are four common with KhGZVA department (microbiology, virology and immunology; epizootology, pharmacology and toxicology, chemistry and biochemistry) and one - with the Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture the P. Vasylenko (general and biological chemistry).

In the scientific departments of the Institute students are manufacturing and graduation practice, during which the learning methods of research, acquire practical skills.

WORK OF SPECIALIZED ACADEMIC COUNCIL

Specialized academic councils D 64.359.01 at NSC "Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine" has been working since 1991. Since 2001, the Chair of the Council is the Director of Institute, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, academician of Academy of Agrarian Sciences, Stegniy B.T.

Order of the HAC of Ukraine from 14.5 2007. Number 307 Specialized Academic Council granted the right until June 17, 2010 to protect the dissertation in the field:

16.00.03 - Veterinary Microbiology, epizootology, infectious diseases and immunology;

16.00.04 - Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology;

16.00.11 - Parasitology, helminthology (Veterinary Science).

The Specialized Academic Council approved in 22 the number of doctors, including 7 academicians and two corresponding member of biochemistry.

In the Specialized Academic Council 14 doctors in the specialty 16.00.03, 7 - 16.00.04 specialty, and 6 of the specialty 16.00.11. (Two PhDs are in two special). During 2004 - 2008 were protected in Council 9 doctoral and 60 master's theses.

By specialty 16.00.03 defended 40 theses (including 5 doctoral), specialty 16.00.08 10 (including 1 doctoral), specialty 16.00.04 - 8 theses (including 1 doctoral), specialty 16.00.11 - 12 theses (including 2 doctoral).

NSC "IEKVM" staff reserved 29 thesis and 4 doctoral theses, 19 of them on specialty 16.00.03 (1 doctoral), 4 - specialty 16.00.04 (1 doctoral), 7 - specialty 16.00.11 (including 1 doctoral) and specialty 16.00.08 - 2 thesis (1 doctoral).

Protected by a specialized thesis Academic Council met at a sufficiently high scientific and methodological level, fit the profile board, current topics and theses are thematic plans of research institutions and educational institutions, research results have theoretical and practical significance into practice veterinary medicine in the form guidance, direction, used for the development and conclusion of legal and technical documentation and training process in the relevant departments of the schools.
