Applicants for Postgraduate Studies Must Submit the Following Documents:

  1. Application addressed to the Director of the Institute (sample);
  2. Personnel record sheet certified by the seal of the institution where the applicant is studying or employed (form);
  3. 2 passport-size photographs (3x4 cm);
  4. Research proposal in the chosen specialty (example);
  5. An identity document as provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On the Unified State Demographic Register and Documents Confirming Citizenship of Ukraine, Identity, or Special Status";
  6. Military registration document (for persons liable for military service – military ID card or temporary certificate; for conscripts – registration certificate) in accordance with the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science;
  7. A state-recognized document on the previously obtained educational degree (educational qualification level) serving as the basis for admission, and its supplement;
  8. Unified Entrance Examination (UEE) results from 2024, 2025, or 2026;
  9. Unified Entrance Examination in Research Methodology (UERM) results from 2025 or 2026;
  10. Consent to the processing of personal data;
  11. A document folder.
Additionally:

  1. List of published scientific works and inventions; copies of published articles/abstracts (if available);
  2. Recommendation from the Academic Council of a higher education institution or research institution (if available);
  3. International foreign language certificate (if available);
  4. Copies of certificates confirming participation in scientific/scientific-practical conferences, seminars, training courses, etc. (if available, certified by seals);
  5. Copies of certificates of professional development/internships (if available, certified by seals);
  6. Copy of the employment record book (if available, certified by a seal).

Passport and higher education diploma
must be submitted by applicants in person!!!


Applicants for postgraduate studies may submit documents
for admission to no more than two specialties.
